We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naked Wardrobe purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be processed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a digital gift card for the return value will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
